This was a high visibility project for the METRO Light Rail Houston that was accomplished during a major national sporting event (Super Bowl). Work included installation of pedestrian barricades along the Main St. rail line in the middle of the city's downtown entertainment district. During the construction period the area was hosting up to 500,000 tourists, national media, vendors, and performers in preparation for Houston's 1st Super Bowl.
